On November 27, ISD was invited to present at the REPIC Annual Event in Bern as one of 15 selected Swiss organizations.
REPIC is an interdepartmental platform of the Federal Offices SECO, SDC, FOEN, and SFOE. It supports high-impact projects in emerging markets addressing renewable energy and energy and resource efficiency.
The invited organizations included leading impact investors, foundations, and international development consultancies. The event offered a platform to introduce our mission to a broad audience from government agencies, sustainable finance, and development cooperation at a packed Eventforum Bern. Later, we presented some of our ongoing project initiatives at a marketplace. The program for the day also included presentations of successful REPIC-funded projects and interesting network opportunities.
